- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all factory tags, straps, and storage bags intact. Covers that have been fitted, soiled, or exposed to weather outdoors cannot be returned.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used or dirty covers, or items showing signs of wear and tear, are strictly non-returnable.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team verifies the condition of the returned item.
